DECEMBER 26 : for my mom´s birthday i sat up all by myself for a long time. it was as if i just suddenly mastered my balance. it is great sitting up now, i can see everything so much better.

DECEMBER 14-28 : my first time travelling outside of europe. we went to egypt for the holidays and had a great time, and really enjoyed the warm weather. we caught up with reda, and very old and good friend of my parents and had a tons of fun with him and his wife, yamama, and friend, satomi. lots of pictures in my egypt gallery.

DECEMBER 6 : my first trip to germany. didn´t get to see much of this though because my parents only went to bottle shop across the border, but i did get to drive through denmark and then take a ferry.

DECEMBER 4 : my daddy taught me to give a high-5. oooh fun that is! mom took a picture so you can see it in my 3-6 month gallery.

DECEMBER 2 : my first time making pepparkakor and decorating the christmas tree. now that was fun. i really like getting all messy making pepparkakor with my hand and feet imprinted in them. you can see how much fun i had in my 3-6 month gallery.

DECEMBER 1 : my first taste of solid food! my parents let me try a few bites of a smashed banana, oooh that was good! yummy.

NOVEMBER 22 : my first time in a gåstol (babywalker)! whipeee! did not take me long to figure out how to move around in. i can move really fast in it now. watch out!

NOVEMBER 16-21 : my first trip abroad. my mom, dad, and grandpa lars took me to ireland with them. oh the adventures we had. mom was the chauffeur while dad and grandpa hit all the whiskey distilleries and beer breweries. ireland is so pretty! of course you can see some of our pictures in my ireland gallery.

NOVEMBER 10 : i went swimming for the first time! oooh what fun we had. we went to the local swim hall, and my dad even helped me to dive underwater. mom took a picture of me on my first dive, you can see it in my 3-6 month gallery.

NOVEMBER 1 : my first snow! there wasn´t much but my dad and i went for a walk in it anyway. oooh pretty!

OCTOBER 28 : rolled from my back to my stomach all by myself. i then proceeded to do so about a million times, and thought it was great fun. though i did become quite annoyed when i could not roll back!

OCTOBER 25 : rode the public bus for the first time. not quite as exciting as the train, but still had fun.

OCTOBER 7 : first time in a jumpy seat! man i love it! my cousin emma lent me her jumpy seat and i think it is such great fun now. you can see me in it in my 1-3 month gallery.

SEPTEMBER 19 : my first trip by train. my mom and i went into helsingborg. oooh, that was fun, i loved looking at eveything. things went by so fast in the window.

SEPTEMBER 17 : my first dive trip. okay so did not get to dive but my mom, dad, and grandma anita did. i stayed on shore with grandpa lars and conveniently ate lunch during mom´s surface interval. what a well behaved girl i am!

SEPTEMBER 14 : first time i went with my parents to work. yep, already a working girl! my dad was painting the roof of a daycare center so mom and i helped by making sure he always had paint for his spray gun. i was very well behaved and all the kids at the day care wanted to come and check me out.

SEPTEMBER 1-4 : i had my first visit from a friend from another country. luca and his dad frank came to visit us for the weekend from holland. we had a lot of fun together, and luca brought me a very soft and snuggly stuffed animal that was a dutch cow. not to mention this weekend was my first crayfish party.

AUGUST 21-27 : this was my first big trip. we drove up to karlstad and then on to arboga where we stayed a few days before coming back home to tyringe. i even got to spend the night in farbror johan´s apartment! the trip was over a 1000 kilometers so it was a lot of car travel, but we took a lot of roadside stops and enjoyed a bit of the scenery here in sweden. my mom also finally gave in on this trip and i got my first pacifier!

AUGUST 4-6: my cousin, emma, and her parents came and visited for the weekend. it was so nice, i was held and snuggled with all weekend long, i hardly saw my mom and day, but had so much fun with anders, cilla, and emma.

JULY 28 : met my great grandma lisa, she was so happy to meet me! take a look in my birth to 1 month gallery.

JULY 24 : i left the hospital and went home to tyringe where i was welcomed by our dogs, tessie and bonita, as well as all three of my adoring grandparents. this was also the first time i went out for a wander in the forest with my parents, they thought i should get a good start on enjoying nature.

JULY 22: at 1720 my parents welcomed me into the world. after a difficult delivery i looked like i had been in a boxing match, but luckily the swelling went down in just a couple of days.
